Flour 1 1/4 cup
Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
Salt 1/2 cup
Cream of Tarter 1/2 tablespoon
Cooking Oil 1 1/2 tablespoon
Boiling Water 1 cup
Large pot
wooden spoon
mixing bowl (optional)
