Chocolate Pop Rock Potato Chips

I found these Limited Edition Chocolate Pop Rocks a couple weeks ago and have been thinking of fun ways to utilize them. I needed a garnish for a dessert I recently made and covering a potato chip in luscious dark chocolate and sprinkling popping candy on top seemed like the obvious choice.

These taste amazing! Everything works together. The salt and crunch from the chip, mixed with the exploding popping candy creates a fireworks-show of flavor in your mouth.

Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients:

1 Bar of Special Dark Chocolate or Chocolate Bar of Choice

1 Container of Lays Stax Potato Chips or Chips of Choice

3 Bags of Chocolate Pop Rocks

Equipment:

Baking sheet lined with wax paper

Double Boiler to melt chocolate
