This is one of my favourite recipes. It is quick and easy to make and is enjoyed by adults and children alike.

Step 1: Collect Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Cocoa Powder

- 375g Condensed Milk

- 250g Milk Biscuits

- 1 cup Coconut

Step 2: Crush the Biscuits

Place the biscuits in a strong zip lock bag and using a rolling pin crush the biscuits.

You may have to separate the biscuits into a couple of zip lock bags in order to crush them all.

There is no exact size that the biscuits need to be.

Step 3: Add the Cocoa to the Crushed Biscuit

Add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder to the crushed biscuit and mix it in.

Step 4: Add Half the Coconut

Add half of the coconut (1/2 cup) to the biscuit and cocoa mix and mix it in.

Step 5: Add Condensed Milk

Add the condensed milk to the mix and mix until all of the dry ingredients are moist.

Step 6: Rolling the Truffles

Wet the palm of your hands with some water. Using a spoon, spoon some of the mixture onto your palm and roll the mixture between your hands moving your hand in a circular motion. Once you have a nice round shape, roll it in some coconut and place it on a plate.

Step 7:

Continue rolling until mixture is finished, place the truffles in the fridge to set.

<p>can i use other biscuits</p>
<p>Yes, you can use any plain sweet biscuit </p>
<p>When you are hungry and you are reading how to make Chocolate truffles. :(</p>
<p>same</p>
<p>Maybe this is good but the title is exaggerated. I've never heard of biscuit or condensed milk (what an horror) in truffles and chocolate normally means more than 2 spoons.</p>
<p>This is a great way to use up the biscuits that nobody likes when you buy a box of assorted biscuits. In my case these are Rich Tea.</p>
<p>Do you have any suggestions for other cookies if I can't find these?</p>
You can use marie biscuits
<p>Sounds delicious!</p>
