Chopsticks rubber-band gun

Chopsticks rubber-band gun
Make a rubber-band gun out of chopsticks.

So, I used to do this when I was a kid, when my parents used to make me study in my room.
Deprived of a computer or any other entertainment, I had to improvise.
All I had were these bunch of chopsticks and rubber-bands I saved, my trusty box cutter for stealth, which made no noise cutting anything, in case my dad decides to pop in to see what I was doing, this project can all be done in a drawer and stashed away quickly if needed.
