Cinnamon and fennel seed drink is a easy and effective way to loose weight and body fat. The combination of Cinnamon drink and fennel seeds water reduce unwanted added weight from your body. This is an effective and simple weight loss recipe which helps to shed extra kilos. This is detox drink recipe.

Cinnamon stick (Dalchini) - 1 inch pcs Fennel Seeds (Sauf) - 1 tsp

Method: 1. In a pan take 2 glasses of water. Add cinnamon and fennel seeds. Soak it overnight. 2. In morning drink the colour of the water will change. Heat it slightly and sieve it. Drink these 2 glasses of water empty stomach, first thing in the morning. After 1.5 hrs, have breakfast. 3. Consume this drink everyday for atleast 1 week and take a break thereafter. Repeat after 15-20 days.
