Ah what is better than a Cinnamon hot Chocolate on a Sunday evening in the park, Add some of my Cinnamon Muffins to that and you'll love it!
Step 1: Ingredients
Dry ingredients- 1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 a teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
Wet Ingredients- 1/2 a cup milk
2 tablespoons water
1/8 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 egg beaten
Step 2: Dry Ingredients
Preheat the oven for 10 mins at 200o C or 400o F....
Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
Step 3: Wet Ingredients
Combine all the wet ingredients and mix for about a minute until they look mixed or they will appear separated.
Step 4: Mixing the two
Slowly adding the wet ingredient mix a bit at a time mix the dry ingredients until you get a very thick batter .
Step 5: Baking
Once the oven is preheated pour the batter into muffin moulds, i filled mine to the top, my moulds are non-stick so i dont need to spray cooking spray on them, if yours isn't you should. after pouring them or more like scooping them into it bake in the oven for 15 minutes...
i was able to fill 9 moulds
Step 6: Eating
Now its the fun part, you can drizzle some powdered sugar on it if you like, i could wait any more so i just ate them, so this is the recipe for the perfect cinnamon muffin for the cinnamonoholics out there!
