This fun twist on a grilled cheese sandwich, uses a cinnamon sugar filling instead of cheese, stuffed between two pieces of bread, fried and topped with a swirl of icing! Simple, Easy and delicious. For more fun recipes, visit us at DollhouseBakeShoppe.com!

To make your cinnamon roll sandwich:

1. Start by buttering both sides of 2 pieces of bread. Sprinkle one slice with cinnamon sugar (2T white sugar + 1-2t cinnamon).
2. Place the second slice on top and cook on greased frying pan until golden brown.
3. If desired, top with a swirl of icing (place 1/4 cup powdered sugar in a plastic sandwich bag, add milk, kneading bag, until desired consistency is reached. Snip off corner of bag and squeeze on top of sandwich).

Enjoy!
