Cinnamon-Swirl Coffee Scrub

Cinnamon-Swirl Coffee Scrub
If you're ever looking for a quick gift, then I’ve got the perfect one for you to turn to. Cinnamon-Swirl Coffee Scrub! Everyone loves homemade gifts and with the success of last year’s Candy Cane Sugar Scrub, I decided to gift another bath-time goody this past Christmas. This scrub is wonderful for hostesses, secretaries, bosses, assistants at your doctor’s office, teachers, neighbors and as shower favors. The recipe even doubles like a charm! Perfect, right?

Gather the following ingredients:

2 cups coffee grounds, unbrewed
1/2 cup Turbinado sugar
6 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2-3 drops cinnamon fragrance oil
2 (0.5 ltr) glass containers with lid

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Using a spatula, transfer mix into the container and secure lid. Tie a ribbon and a tag on to the jar with these instructions: “Scoop a teaspoon or two of the scrub on your hands and gently massage in circular motions onto your skin. Leave on for 3 to 4 minutes before thoroughly rinsing. The scrub will tighten a bit on your skin.”

Please be sure to use a skin safe fragrance oil. Not any old fragrance oil will do, and those that are skin safe will provide a "load" amount that is safe for use in various applications. :)
