Step 3: Scoop and Press

On some wax paper, using 1 tablespoon of cinnomon make a line that is about 5 inches long.

Make your fingers floury, and shape about 1 tablespoon of dough into a rope that is 5 inches long as well.

Next press one side of the dough rope into the cinnamon.
Do these come out chewy and soft or a little crunchy?<br>regardless i am going to make them tonight lol. they look amazing!
The batch I made came out soft and chewy. So delicious! Make sure to cut a VERY tiny hole in the frosting bag, or else they glaze comes out too quickly.
These turned out delicious and so cute! They were chewier than I expected, but in a good way. I just used a basic sugar cookie dough recipe instead of the mix.
looks delicious to me! thanks for sharing
Those are not only delicious looking, but they are absolutely beautiful!
Ok this is now on my to-do list for this weekend! Looks wonderful :D<br><br>What does a single batch usually yield for you?
It usually yields 16 cookies
Thanks! Mine did not turn out as pretty as yours but they taste divine! Thank you so much for sharing :D
They still look delicious to me!
What a great idea! I've got a super soft spot for anything cinnamon, so just had to give these a go. I modified <a href="http://www.instructables.com/member/stevequag/" rel="nofollow">stevequag</a>'s <a href="http://www.instructables.com/id/Beautiful-sugar-cookies/?ALLSTEPS" rel="nofollow">sugar cookie recipe</a>&nbsp;base, and then did the traditional jelly-roll style slicing to get even cookies. Yum!
Awesome! You can ship a batch directly to Scoochmaroo c/o Instructables HQ!
