Haven't made the leap to win8 yet. Is it that great?

Honestly windows 8 felt really bogged down to me, however windows 8.1 is what really changed my opinion. I noticed considerable differences in boot times, and felt overall my system was moving faster. I am a heavy gamer also and I felt windows 8.1 didn't hinder that experience at all. I would say in less you have any issues with your current operating system or are running windows xp or vista I would recommend you upgrade.
