Introduction: Coat Stand

  • With some old screws from railroad tracks, I decided to use them to create a different coat stand. I give shape to the wood in a peculiar way. I leave a video where you can check how I made this coat stand.

Step 1: MATERIALS:

  • 3 RAILROAD TRACKS SCREWS

  • 1 PIECE OF TIMBER 60X18X4

  • 2 BRACKETS FOR A KITCHEN FURNITURE
  • 1 SPRAY VARNISH BOTTLE
  • NOGALINA

Step 2: Set Out the Screws on the Piece of Timber to Check Where You Want to Fit.

Step 3: Make the Drills at Your Convenience; We Give 5 Milimeters Less Than the Screw.

Step 4: Draw Up the Form for the Piece of Timber.

Step 5: In My Case, I Use a Circular Saw With Flap Disc With 36 Grane , We Must Lower the Inside of the Lines.

Step 6: With a Sander, We Must Sand Down With a Thinner Grape From 100 and Then to 180.

Step 7: Dye With Nogalina, Once It Has Been Diluted in Water.

Step 8: We Clean the Screws With a Drill and a Wire Brush.

Step 9: We Lower in the Back to Hide the Hangers.

Step 10: We Put the Brackets for a Kitchen Furniture.

Step 11: We Put the Screw With a Adjustable Wrench.

Step 12: We Varnish Whith the Spray and It Will Be Ready.
