wow. cool honey, so to speak, Would taste very much like the base cola, welp, duh! it IS Coke.

Looks like a tasty carmel sauce! Nicely done.

There might be a little push back from some segments of society (from the honey purists).

Calling this "honey" may create comments from people who believe all honey in stores is just thick sugar syrup. A disclaimer may be useful to help prevent misunderstandings with such people.

Keep up the good work, I like this!

Beautiful graphics, so cute and unique! I love this project, I could use this honey on so many things, nicely done :)

Clever idea. But if you put a really hot jar in cold water, there is a good chance that the jar will break. So you might let it cool a bit either before the water bath or before pouring it into a jar.

Possible. There's a small chance that this happens. Main purpose of doing this is cool down syrup as fast as possible to be able to put it into the fridge. Thanks for noticing this. I tend to forget such things easily.

Just a thought to my above comment, with all the street food hoopla these days, perhaps Instructables should have a street food channel under food. Food for thought...

Neat idea, looks like street food in the making.
