Wake up your sweetheart on Valentine's Day with this delicious smoothie and a little breakfast in bed.

1 cup organic coconut milk

¼ cup creamy almond butter or cashew butter

10 small dates

vanilla extract

2 cups ice

INSTRUCTIONS

*Add all ingredients to blender with ice.

*Puree well.

*Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.

NOTES

Add more or less ice to make the smoothie a thinner or thicker consistency.
