Add 2 tablespoons of strong coffee to the soften cool whip and stir gently.
Add the melted (but cool chocolate) and mix. The cool whip (which is cool) will turn the melted chocolate bar into small solid pieces.
Then re frost your delicious coffee-choco cream over night. And the following morning….you will have a fantastic “ice-cream” texture dessert!

I went & checked Nigella's recipe. It uses:
1/2 c lime juice
2 Tbs tequila
3 Tbs orange liqueur (triple sec or cointreau)
1-1/4 c powdered sugar
2 c heavy (whipping) cream

Combine lime juice, tequila, liqueur, & sugar, whisking until sugar dissolves. Then add cream and whoisk until soft peaks form. Place in freezer-safe container & freeze for 18-24 hours. This will never freeze hard, so remove from freezer immediately before serving.

I haven't tried this recipe, but it sounds decadently delicious.

I bet you could do something similar with (real) whipped cream--Nigella Lawson made something very similar with whipped cream & margarita mix!
