Make this fresh and take is as needed.
Half of 1 lime
1 large garlic clove
1 tablespoon of honey
Mince the garlic and add it to a bowl, squeeze in the lime and add the honey. Using a knife handle, smoosh it all together.
Let it sit for 5 minutes. You can drink it with the pieces of garlic or strain it and take just the syrup. If your sinuses are full, sprinkle a little cayenne pepper on top. Beware, you'll need some breath mints afterwords.
