Step 1: Step 1: gather the materials

First gather the materials needed:
Heet antifreeze
Root kill
Diet salt
and a lighter

Step 2: Step 2: set up the materials

pour the root kill on a non-flammable flat surface and then pour the anti-freeze, you can also set up the diet salt and anti-freeze  the same way somewhere else

Step 3: Step 3: light and watch

stand back and where non-flammable gloves if necessary, light, and watch until it goes out

Interesting! You say to wait till it goes out. What if you need to put it out for an emergency. What is the safe way to extinguish the flames?
I don't know the particulars of that specific flame, but I'd use something inflamable to cover it up - probably a lid from large enough a pot. In my opinion this is preferrable to trying to blow it out (wort case: you distribute burning particles over a large area) or using water (since I don't know how well the burning stuff reacts to it - besides, a lid is cleaner ;))

Mix borax with the HEET to create a bright green flame.
