Step 1: Ingredients and Equipment
- 350g Whole-wheat flour, plus extra for dusting
- 50g Purple sweet potatoes
- 50g Yellow peas
- 50g Spinach
- 6g Dry yeast
- Several bowls
- Plastic wrap
Step 2: Preparation of Colors
For spinach, you need a blender and a cup of water to make some juice.
