Materials
The following are the materials you will need.

Duct tape
Spray adhesive (You could try using glue)
Scissors
A pencil
Foam ( I used Walmart camping pad)
Cardboard

You could even get the strapping from the duct tape that you use when wrapping the cardboard...
So, it is part of the whole and you won't have to glue ir or stick it...

That is, when you are passing the tape for the second time over the previous tape, just extend a piece our and do the strapping. First the left side, and then, the right side !
