Forget about texture, it won't feel like normal bread and you wouldn't think of the typical cookie structure either when biting this. Those who want a healthy breakfast and don't like oats might like this a looot better!

You can make small ones to eat as a kinda healthy snack, or the savoury ones as bread.

Be royal when adding herbs etc,...

Step 1: So Simple It Doesn't Need Pics

Really.

Step 2: Take Some Oats (and Blend)

How much depends on how much you want. (doesn't rise in the oven, what you see is what you get).

You can choose to blend the oats, gets you a smoother cookie.

Step 3: Add Stuff

seasoned: tbsp olive oil, (fresh) oregano and basil, salt, pepper, (also: chive, cheese, garlic,...) you choose!

sweet: honey, cinnamon, raisins or chocolate chips (also: chrunched nuts, figs) you choose!

Step 4: Add Water.

Add water spoon by spoon, till it looks and feels a bit like normal dough. You should be able to make a ball with it (use a spoon! Oats stick to your hands), but it should't be too dry.

Step 5: Oven!

180°C or 356F ... for 15 to 20 minutes
