This is a pumpkin that I carved for Halloween this year using an exacto knife and a small pumpkin carving sawing tool. It is illuminated with an LED bike light. I like using a bike light rather than a candle because it is brighter and it prevents the hassle of the candle going out all the time and having to take the trouble to relight it.

Thanks. I got some pumpkins at wal-mart and didn't carve them for a couple days because I didn't know what I wanted to do, but then I got an image in my head of a pumpkin like this. i wasn't exactly sure how it was goiing to turn out, but I was satisfied with it in the end.

Nice! I was planning on doing something similar to that, but with a Celtic pattern all around the pumpkin.
