Introduction: Corn Cutlets Recipe

It is said that eating corn meal offers some great health benefits as it is a source of some essential nutrients. Corn cutlets is an innovative way to include corn meal in diet. Step 1: Recipe

Ingredients:

Corn Meal/ Coarse Corn Powder – 1 cup Hung curd – ½ cup Chopped Ginger – ½ tsp Chopped Beans – ¼ cup Shredded Carrot – ¼ cup Salt, Red chili powder – ½ tsp (As per taste)

Method: 1. Mix all the ingredients and make small tikkis or cutlets of this mixture. Also add 1 tsp of oil in the mixture. It will enhance the flavor. Airfry corn cutlets in preheated Air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 min. Serve hot with coriander chutney or sauce.
