You'll need the following:

Ingredients:
Catfish fillets (enough to feed your crowd + leftovers)
1 box of cornbread mix (I like Jiffy)
spray canola oil
pans sufficient to accommodate the fish in a single layer

Optional:
milk
pepper
paprika
chili powder
toasted sesame seeds
