Paneer is an Indian name for cottage cheese. Can be prepared with any gravy.

Also can be used with salads.

Easy and quick home made cheese and tastes lovely. Do give a try. I have given the recipe in steps. Cook n Enjoy.

Step 1: Ingredients

Ingredients

1.Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp

2. Yogurt- 1 tbsp

3. Salt- 1 tsp

4. Milk- 2 Liter

Step 2: Method

Method

Boil 2 liter milk, when its warm add salt ,Yogurt and Lemon juice.

When its boiling leave it on low flame till the cheese separates from the 'milk water'.

You can see the cheese floating on top. At that point off the gas.And drain it through a muslin cloth.

Thus, cheese will be separated.

Let it cool and refrigerate it for hour before cooking or making in use. (You can store this in fridge for a week time and in freezer for 6 months)

Enjoy making with gravy.
