This is really good for healing coughs !
It may not look appetising but it will help your cough and it tastes OK.
The honey neutralises the onion so that it does not taste as if you are eating raw onion.
This is a very old remedy which utilises the antibacterial properties of onion and the anti microbial properties of honey, and did so long before the coinage of those words. Our predessesors might not have known why this worked so well, but they were wise in their use of this remedy.
Step 1: All You Need
- 1/2 an onion
- 3 Tbs honey
Step 2: Onion
Dice the onion .
Place in a small jar and mix in the honey :-)
Leave over night , or at lest 7 hours .
When required take a piece of onion and chew it thouroughly then swallow.
It will keep indefinitely.
