This dish is one that I make regularly for lunch or dinner because its fast, healthier than most pasta meals, and just wonderfully delicious. This is perfect for someone like me, who doesn't have a lot of time and is faced with many different cravings. You can satisfy a craving for curry, cheese and pasta all in one go, isn't that awesome? If you're looking for something new and fun to try or you're trying to save time in the kitchen, this is the pasta for you.

Step 1: Creamy Curry Rigatoni Tutorial

Step 2: RECIPE

You will need:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 3 large carrots
  • handful of spinach
  • handful of parsley
  • 1 tbsp of curry powder
  • 2 cups of uncooked rigatoni
  • 1 tbsp of butter
  • 1/2 cups of shredded cheese

Cook at medium heat, stir every minute for 14~16 minutes.
