Creamy Tomato Dill Soup with Georgian Cheese Flatbread
This is our take on the classic tomato soup with grilled cheese.  We'll start with the soup and then the bread.

Step 1What you'll need for the soup

1 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped or crushed
3 small carrots, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
28 oz. plum tomatoes in juice
1 tsp dark brown sugar, or to taste
1 quart of vegetable bouillon or water
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
6 tbsp heavy cream
salt and pepper
fresh dill springs, to garnish
