My inspiration comes mainly from Christen Haden, with her book, Creepy Cute Crochet. I started my adventure there and I hope to follow in her footsteps. I based this octopus on her work, but the final design is all my own. I am now working on a Mama and Papa octopus as well, and I hope I can publish a slideshow on then soon!
 Update - August 14, 2010. I entered this into the county fair and got First place in the junior catagory! Thanks, judges!

check to see if your camera has a macro mode. It makes pictures taken close up less blury, and you can see the details of the stitches.
