Whether you try to live healthy or just love fruit and nuts this salad is for YOU! Strawberries, raspberries, banana, honey, mint, lemon, nuts, coconut oil & dried dates – these are all goodies that are a part of it! OK shop bought wafer baskets are maybe not but you can just omit those and serve it in a bowl/glass. The dressing & the nut mix are just perfect combination with these fruits. Just remember that the salad should be eaten right away as the raspberries will go soggy very fast.
