Introduction: Cucumber, Cream Cheese & Smoked Salmon/Steelhead

With 5 minutes and a few simple ingredients you can add this appetizing appetizer to any occasion! Lucky for me, my husband loves to go fishing and I always have smoked fish in the freezer!

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

Smoked Fish
Minced Onion Flakes
Garlic Pepper
Dill
Cream Cheese
Butter
Seedless English Cucumber
Lemon (not pictured)

Step 2: Cut Cucumber

Cut cucumber in 1/4 in slices and place on desired serving tray.

Step 3: Stir the Pot

Cream together:
1 TBLS Butter
4 Oz Cream Cheese

Add:
1 tsp Minced Onion
1/2 tsp Garlic Pepper
1 tsp Lemon Zest
1 TBLS Lemon Juice
1 TBLS Dill, chopped

Step 4: Compile Your Cucfishwich

Spread cream cheese mixture over cucumbers.

Lay on a few slivers of smoked fish.

Add a sprig of Fresh Dill.

Pick up with index finger and thumb, place in mouth!
