Carnival Cupcakes

Here are some cupcakes i decorated. I had to make cupcakes for school to raise money for cancer and since i had hardly anytime left to make about 100, i bought 4 white cake mixes for the cupcakes. The frosting was homemade and i put the ingredients in approximately. I go with taste and texture.

Frosting:
Icing sugar
Butter
Vanilla
Coloring
Milk

I beat all the ingredients together with an electric mixer starting with the butter, vanilla, sugar, coloring, more sugar, milk and adjust by adding sugar at the end.

I used a piping bag to decorate. Enjoy!
