Note: This instructable requires that you have adobe photoshop.
If you want it to be an animated icon, you'll need to also have adobe imageready, but you can make a static icon without that.
Other things you need: An image on your computer that you'll want to use to make your icon!

Signing UpStep 1Open Photoshop/Create File
Open up Adobe Photoshop.
Create a new document.
Width = 48 pixels
Height = 48 pixels
If you get the dimensions messed up, you won't be able to use this in aim!!!
RGB should be the color mode.
Click "OK" to create the file.

lol I love that you took pictures of your screen... *Ctrl+Alt+PrtScrn is really helpful.* Nice job on this though, I might show the different speeds people can use in ImageReady along with other types of animated icons.

XD Lol, I know about screenshots but I has a new camera. I'm impulsive! :o Thanks for the comments! I was thinking of adding different kinds, but I got lazy, so I was gonna do that later :(
