What you need: circular cathode + invertor + power suply, sheet metal (i used old cd-rom drive), plexi, clock, skills

where did you get the cold cathode halo and inverter that connects to a wall plug? I am finding these halos in fan kits but the inverters are all wired for use with a PC PSU.
