Step 12Painting

Self explanatory pretty much, just mask up what you don't want painted and then go at! Just make sure you know how to spray paint good. I would also suggest you use a special spray paint made for plastic so the paint don't chip.

Good Luck!

godzilla that will mess up the paint. so you wasted hours waiting for it to cure to mess up the finish. with pretty much anything you cut it and then make it look nice with paint. ive been doing stuff like this for a while.

Only problem with you painting you should paint it before you do the entire window and everything also you need to sand or it wont look as good Then finish with acrylic.

Hello i attempted the same mod, also got the idea from charli murphy. but,
i think the part where i had the most trouble was the painting of the center xbox 360 label in the middle. i tried covering it with blue tape and cutting it out with with exacto, which i did, but ending result was not coo, later i just ended up painting it by hand very meticulously with a toothpick, actually seemed a little easier than masking such fine areas. could you provide a more detailed explanation of how you were able to mask this area? did u just make it on photoshop then print it out and cut out the paper, then tape that on, and paint it? cuz that was my next idea, but if so, i guess you would have to stick the little O part on there too ay? =D

here is a link to my box i made
