Step 4: Filling the molds

Once the chocolate is melted, pour into the molds one spoonful at a time, until the chocolate spreads nice and evenly to the edges. Do not spread the melted chocolate too thin, or it will break when you try to remove it from the mold. Do not spread the chocolate too thick, either, as too much chocolate will overpower the flavors of your toppings. I had success with a thickness of 3/16-inch(.5cm).
