Introduction: Cute Baby Cake Pops!

About: I'm a mom of 4 and I love to craft! Anything and Everything interests me and i love to create in the process of learning.

These cake pops are perfect for baby showers.
They are cute and easy.
For Halloween you could be a baby eating monster!...perhaps add some red coloring near the pacifiers???? hmmm...ideas ideas :-)

Step 1: What You Need

You need cake
any type of sticks
butter-cream icing
fondant icing
cooking white chocolate

Step 2: Make Your Balls

My mom-in-law makes wonderful date cake and it's very moist...therefore i didn't have to use frosting to make the balls.

If you have cake lying around...crumb them up and just add some frosting/buttercream icing and mix and make your balls. Refrigerate the balls.
Now melt the white chocolate/ white fondant and coat the tip of the stick with it and then gently stick it to the balls. Refrigerate again.
Take off the fridge and coat the whole ball with the white chocolate/ fondant.
refrigerate.

Step 3: Make Pacifier and Bow

Pacifier-
take the fondant and make a small ball. flatten it.
roll a thin snake.....form it in to a tiny loop. wet the ends of the loop
and stick it to the  flattened circle.

Bow-
Form pink fondant to the form of a bow...make a thin snake and wrap it around the bow.
mark folds with a tooth pick

Step 4: Baby With Cap

Use butter icing to ice up the cap.
Stick the fondant pacifier.
make a small ball for the nose from fondant and paste it above the pacifier..this is the nose.
melt brown chocolate...dip the tooth pick into it and mark the eyes on the cake pops.
One baby done!

Step 5: Baby Girl and Boy

Place the pink pacifier and bow on one cake pop.
Make 3 tiny balls for the ears and nose.
stick them to the balls.
pipe in yellow buttercream icing for the hair like in the picture.
Add eyes with the chocolate coated stick.
Tada! done!
