Introduction: Cute Pie

Hi! Today I going to show you how you can do a CUTE pie!

My pie size 18 cm more or less

The ingredients are:

For the dough:

- Sifted flour , 130 g

- Butter ,     100 g

- Ice water, 60 ml

- Salt 1/2 teaspoon

- Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon

Inside of the dough:

- 4 apples + 2 pear (But depend of the bowl because any bowl have different sizes)

- Cookies

For preparation of inside you need:

- The fruit (apples and pears)

- Sugar , 200 g

- Lemon juice , 4 tablespoon

Decoration:

- Lacasitos

- Strawberry

- Egg yolk for paint the dough

Step 1: First, Prepare and Cut

First, Peel the fruit and cut in small pieces

In a fry pan put the fruit and add the sugar, when the sugar is liquid add the lemon juice and cook slowly  and cook for 18 min or when the fruit is tender

When you finish the cook . Put the fruit in the fridge and to cool.

Step 2: The Dough

Now we prepare the dough.

First, measure the flour and sieve it

Later cut the butter in pieces and add to the sifted flour.

Now is very important that you DON'T knead only crush until the dough is mix and add water slow , with 5 or 6 times until finish water

Add salt and sugar and you continue crushing until you get a consistent ball.

Now you wrap it with paper film ( or transparent paper, I don't know how you say it in your country XD)

Put the dough in the fridge 1 hour.

Step 3: Break the Cookies

Break cookies in small pieces for the dough base

Step 4: Knead

Now, put flour in the table and you extend the dough with rolling pin.

When you extend the dough cut in two parts.

The first part, you use in the bowl and the other part, you use for strips.

In the base, put the cookies and later put the fruit. And finally put the strips and paint with the egg yolk.

Baked 20 minutes, 220 Celsius

Step 5: Finish!

And this is result!

Is my first pie and is veryyyyyy tasty and juicy.

Decoration is very good, I think.

Thank you for watching!!!!!!!! ♥♥♥♥
