Hey guys!  I basically took a standard deviled egg recipe and made it my own with food coloring.  It was super easy and fun, because I love colors.  They were for a double birthday on Easter this year.  Dinosaur themed!  They loved the eggs and I always love the colors.  :)  What you need -

--------------------

6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise
¼ cup Light Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
½ teaspoon mustard
½ teaspoon white vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Paprika for garnish
2 big Ziploc bags
Food Coloring
Egg Tray of some sort for display

Step 1: The Recipe!

I used the recipe here -  http://www.deviledeggs.com/classic_deviled_eggs.html  .  Only difference is that I used normal mustard and everything came out fine.  Here are some tips !

-20 minutes to boil eggs
-Try and mash the yolk until it's not lumpy
-use any food coloring that you want
-have fun with it

-------------------------

After you half the eggs and separate the yolk, you need to put the egg whites into a plastic bag *ziploc* and add the food coloring with some water to barely immerse them.  Then let it sit in the fridge for 10-15 minutes and flip it so the eggs get an even color.  You can store your yolk mixture in the fridge too, until your egg color is perfect.

To put the yolk mixture into the egg whites, I like to scoop it all into another big ziploc bag and cut the corner off and pipe it into the eggs because it looks nicer that plopping it in there.

I'm just curious, did eating them color your mouth super blue? I love this, and I'm going to give it a try sometime.
