Materials:
towels from the dollar store (or other fabric)
thread

Tools:
head
scissors
needle
sewing machine (optional)
measuring tape (optional)

Cool. This looks like an awesome replacement for twisting a towel into a turban-style wrap to help get long hair to the blow-drying stage. Far more fashionable.
