Not if you keep your shirt un-tucked. It just flies up under. I prefer to wear a jacket though to be double sure but an un-tucked shirt should suffice.

The retractor is just a basic office badge retractor. You can probably pick one up at just about any office supply store. Home Depot also carries something similar except its a pencil retractor. Ive found that the pencil retractors tend to be alot quieter than the badge retractors. You can usually find the pencil retractors over by the tape measures and such.
