Introduction: DIY Anamorphic Lens Filter for Cheap

In this tutorial I will show you how to get the look of an real anamorphic film lens for a few cents! With this Anamorphic Lens Filter you can get streaking lens flares and a oval shaped bokeh out of your DSLR camera - like in a real professional made movie!

You just need:

- black paper
- transparent string/fishing line

Hello! Thanks for the tip but I have an issue. I noticed that this streaking flare doesn't go all the way across the image. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Hey, just try to cut a oval shape into a 67mm circle... it's a bit of trial & error :)
