DIY: Bleached Jean Shorts for summer

Recycle old jeans into a trendy summer look!
You can combine these shorts with differents types of t-shirts and blouses!

You will need:

- a pair of jeans
- scissors
- vinegar
- water
- bleach

Picture #1 and Picture #2: Cut the length you wish, use the other piece to cut the other side.

Please do NOT add vinegar to bleach. This makes chlorine gas, a very dangerous gas that can seriously harm you or even kill.

All you need is the bleach. Also try to do this outside.

Because the vinegar was added to the water, and then the bleach added to that it is fairly safe. Also, the amounts listed here would not make enough gas to kill you--provided that you were not making this in a tiny little closet that was air-tight--but it is pretty nasty stuff either way.
