We will start calculating output voltage 5 volts.

VREF=1.23V

You can choose resistances values as you have available.

I chose the value of R1 by 2 kilo ohms.

R2=6.13 K Ohm

The value of available resistance is 6K2 Ohm

We will look for Inductor that have only a pair of legs.

You can use the device to measure the inductance of the inductor.
