Cool idea, but the metal is really thin. So it doesn't offer much in the way of tension to hold the bills together.

theirs an easyer way of opening it! take a knife and put it on a corner of the metal thing, then put little pressure...then TADA! just a metal clip and a floppy without a metal thing!

nice. i had a mini screwdriver moneyclip for a wile. just bend about 5mm of the tip at a 45 angle, and then bend the rest so it fits your money

it would be alot simpler just to 'lift/bend' the metal part off so this instructable would only have to be 1 step long, instead of 7, still, very original, i like it
