Introduction: DIY Healthy Snacks and Drinks
For the infused water:
- Stevia (or any other natural sweetener)
- Frozen fruit
Put the desired fruit in the water, and add a stevia packet or two to sweeten things up. Let this sit in the fridge for about an hour, and you have a super healthy and yummy summer drink!
For the avocado and turkey snack wrap:
- Spinach wrap (or any wrap of your choosing!)
- Buffalo ranch dressing
Slice up the avocado and put it on top of the wrap, and lay down a piece of deli meat turkey or two, and the drizzle some buffalo ranch dressing over it. Really easy summertime snack wrap, without the guilt of lots of calories!
Shakeology chocolate smoothie:
- Chocolate shakeology
- Chocolate soymilk
Add one scoop of Shakeology to a blender with the ice and fruit, and then add soymilk to your desired consistency. Yummy and quick smoothie for on the go, (doesn't hurt that it has the nutrition of a salad, either!)
