Introduction: DIY - How to Make Green Slime

Tutorial How To Make Green Slime using Borax and Glue

In the end you will get this result

Step 1: Step 1: Materials

Materials:
Elmer's clear glue

2 bowls

Measuring cup

Green food coloring

Borax

Step 2: Step 2: Borax Solution

Add 1 cup of warm water into bowl #1

Add 1 Tbps of Borax

Mix well

Step 3: Step 3: Glue Solution

Add 1/2 cup of clear glue into bowl #2

Add 1/2 cup of warm water into bowl #2

Add 5+ drops of Green food coloring

Mix well

Step 4: Step 4: Put Together

Add Borax solution into Glue

Mix with your hand..it will become like jello but not stick to your hand

Step 5: Step 5: Store Slime

Put the slime into a zip lock bag, to keep it from drying out.

    Yes, this is amazing! My oldest made this for school science fair(only for fun--he was in first grade but only fifth graders could actually compete). He went in front of his class and made it by himself(we practiced at home). The teachers at his elementary school still make it, but changed the name. My son called it Swamp Gunk. He will be 28 years old tomorrow. One of my boards(collections) on Pinterest is Science Experiments for Kids--Safe. I work at my Children's old school district and if I find something really cool and different, I plan to pass it on.Thank you for sharing.

    For those wondering how much Borax to order, one US cup appears to be approx 400g.
