About: Hello, I'm Jewel. I've just started a youtube channel, hoping to help people, share some of my knowledge and learn myself.

In this instructable I'll show you how to make 3s 11.1v 6000mah battery so you can use this battery pack is good for things like RC planes, quadcopters, FPV, and more. It has voltage of 11.1v(equivalent of 3 cell), and has a capacity of 6000mAh. The weight is 250 grams, and flight-time on my 525 quadcopter is 4-7 minutes.This battery pack is also very safe; the balance connector makes sure that the cells do not get overcharged, and the shrink-wrap makes sure that the battery cells are not short circuited.

Here's a list of all of the materials:

  • 3x 6000mah
  • Lithium Polymer batteries
  • 3mm heat-shrink tubing
  • Masking tape
  • T connector (or connector of your choice)
  • JST-XH 4 pin connector
  • Solder

    Good boy, but I have a problem ;Are you sure your 3s battery is safe when it in charge or discharge ? You must know much about 3s lipo battery, so can you test my lipo battery ?

    This is the same way the manufacturer does it. Safe charge and discharge is up to the user and not the battery. I've never had any batteries cause problems when I used them correctly.

    It's totally safe when it in charge or discharge and I know about 3s lipo battery,
