DIY Paper Feathers

Super easy paper feathers to decorate windows or wherever with!

Step 1: Supplies

To make you some window feathers of your own all you need is...
Hole puncher (preferably the one hole kind)
Scissors
Paper (I used double sided scrapbook paper and pages from a beaten up book)
Yarn in whatever colors you prefer!
