That's the one I used aswell i needed the use of the output so i could just wire it directly to the usb 5v boost chip, that also left me the option to still have the inputs open for my solar panel to use that to recharge the batteries. I went rather large i have about 6x 18650 @ 3000mah

Use the TP4056 charger W/ PROTECTION! nobody wants a explosive on their hands.

This is a very bad idea. I see no protection module, this way you can and will damage the cells and probably yourself if they catch on fire.

doesn't the charger module have protection.?

the version he is using no the newer ones have output and battery terminal these do have a built in one

the output would be the step up circuit the battery wel as you can guess to the battery
