Step 1: The selection of materials


i used a 8.5" dia and 3ft. long PVC pipe to make the blades, i used a washing machine base to mount these blades on it!!...

Step 4: Used nuts and bolts to assemble the rotor

Excellent. I made a rotor almost exactly like yours to drive a stepper motor and it works really great. ( considering that I made it all at almost not cost ). You can see mine here:

Well done. I used to make mine from sheet metal. This appears to be cheaper and much better looking.
How do you know where exactly to cut the pipe for the most efficient blades?
