Take the dremel and cut off the rivets attaching the handle to the pan. Be careful with this one, the dremel may jerk one way or another. Repeat with the other pan.

 I would add one warning: do not use non-stick pans for smoking. The Teflon coating breaks down when the pan approaches 460 degrees F, and releases burnt teflon byproducts into the air, which are highly toxic. Google "teflon pan danger" and you'll see more than enough articles about this.
